Every morning at 8 o'clock, we run the report on the stores that have called in their readings. We currently have about 80 stores that do this every morning around 7 o'clock before we run the report. By going through the list, we can see each store's inventory and dispatch loads of fuel in an efficient and timely manner.

Of coarse you may wonder how the price of fuel these days effects this process. At Sandford Oil we do the best we can get fuel sent to our Autosend customers at the best prices. Please understand that with an average of 50 loads of fuel to haul a day we don't have much time to watch the prices.
